Join Jessica Riggs, MS, RDN, CPT, for a 30-minute full-body workout focused on strengthening the body in ways that are helpful for dancers. Not a dancer? Don't worry, you'll still get a great workout! All levels welcome. These classes occur every Monday and Thursday at noon and are donation-based. All you need is some space, a mat, and maybe a chair or something to hold on to! Password is jessica
